2. All Sales Final

All purchases for training workshops are final. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

No cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted, except at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.


3. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all training workshops.

This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

Failure to attend the workshop

Dissatisfaction with the content or format

Technical difficulties experienced by the participant


4. Workshop Content

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

Attending the workshop on the scheduled date and time

We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end that may hinder workshop participation.


6. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

In such cases, we may offer an alternative workshop date or credit toward a future workshop, but no refunds will be issued.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in our workshops.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the workshop.


8. Amendments
