For licensed Medicare agents & brokers

Most agents write 70 apps a year.
We build machines.

Contract with us or hire us to coach you. Either way you get the same year-round production system Joshua Youngs used to average 450+ applications every AEP for six straight years — plus a written promise about how you'll be treated while you build it.

Agents don't leave over commission splits.

They leave over infrastructure, training and nobody picking up the phone. Roughly half of Medicare agents are quietly shopping for a new upline right now. Six in ten say their agency has never taught them digital marketing. That is the whole problem, and it is fixable.

The trap

Hostage contracts

You sign, it doesn't work, and now you're stuck for six months of no-writes waiting on a release. We don't do that — see commitment one.

The trap

"Here's your certs, good luck"

Carrier certifications are not training. Nobody shows you how to fill a calendar in July so October takes care of itself.

The trap

Buy your own everything

CRM, dialer, quoting, website, automations — paid out of pocket before you've written a single app.

Two ways in

Same system either way. The difference is whether your contracts move.

Path 1 — Recruiting

Contract with Legacy Peace Of Mind

You write under our agency, and everything below comes with it: the full tech stack, the marketing calendar, workshop kits, the retention desk, and direct access to Joshua. Best fit if you want infrastructure and a team around you.

  • Top-level carrier contracts, open release
  • Tech stack included, not billed back
  • Structured first 90 days with a real person
  • Co-op and marketing dollars mapped out for you
Path 2 — Coaching

Keep your contracts. Take the system.

You already have an upline you like, or you own your own agency and don't want to move a thing. Medicare Machine Factory coaches you on the production process itself — calendar, referral engine, workshops, call arc, scorecard.

  • Year-round marketing calendar built with you
  • Workshop and seminar kits, disclosures included
  • Call-arc training and ride-along scorecard
  • Agency owners: the system documented so a downline can run it without you
The Agent Ecosystem Standard

What we put in writing

Most recruiting pitches are promises made in a phone call and forgotten after you sign. Ours is a written standard we hand every contracted agent.

One

Open release, always

If it isn't working, you go. No hostage periods, no six months on the shelf. We'd rather earn the renewal than trap it.

Two

Your book is your book

You own the business you write. We don't build our agency by taking yours.

Three

The whole tech stack, free

CRM, automations, quoting, website, dialer. Included for contracted agents — not resold to you at a markup.

Four

A real first 90 days

Milestones you hit, not modules you watch. Details below.

Five

A year-round rhythm

Weekly cadence in February, not just a panic in October. That's what separates a 500-app agent from a 70-app agent.

Six

A retention desk behind you

We watch the ANOCs on your book with you and get ahead of the plan changes that would otherwise cost you renewals.

Seven

Digital marketing, actually taught

Funnels, automation, social and reputation — the part almost no upline teaches, and the part that compounds.

Your first 90 days

Agents with a structured 90-day ramp are meaningfully less likely to wash out in year one. Here's ours — milestones, with a name attached to each one.

Days 1–15
Contracted and equippedCarrier contracts submitted, certifications started, CRM live with your pipeline and calendar built.
Days 16–30
Product fluencyMA, Med Sup, PDP, D-SNP and the safe-money conversation — taught to the point you can defend a recommendation.
Days 31–45
First appointments, supervisedRide-alongs graded on the scorecard. You watch the arc, then you run it while we watch.
Days 46–60
Your pipeline, your sourcesReferral partners identified and approached. This is the block that decides whether year two is easier or the same.
Days 61–75
Marketing switched onAutomations, social presence, review engine and your first workshop or seminar date on the calendar.
Days 76–90
Running independentlyYou hold your own appointments, your own follow-up rhythm, and a written plan for the next twelve months.

Straight answers

Do I have to move my contracts?

No. That's what the coaching path is for. If you do contract with us, the release is open — you're never locked in.

Do you hand out leads?

We teach you to own a territory instead of renting leads, because purchased leads stop the day you stop paying. Marketing support, co-op dollars and workshop kits, yes; a lead faucet as your whole business plan, no.

I'm brand new. Too green?

No — new agents often ramp fastest here because there's nothing to un-teach. You get back-of-house education before you ever sit at a kitchen table.

I'm already writing 150+. What's here for me?

Systemization and leverage: documenting what you do so a downline can run it, plus the retention desk protecting the book you've already built.

Where are you based?

Fort Morgan, Colorado. Colorado is home, but the system and the coaching travel.

What does coaching cost?

Depends on scope — one-day bootcamp, ongoing coaching, or full agency build-out. We'll quote it on the call, and we'll tell you if you don't need us.

Fifteen minutes tells us both.

Bring your last twelve months of production and what you want the next twelve to look like. If we're not the right home, we'll say so on the call.
